In 2016, Craig Sears was facing a lifeguard shortage within his pool management company. After researching heroism, he came up with BeAnEverydayHero as a slogan for recruitment efforts.
While this slogan resonated well with lifeguard candidates and assisted with the overall solution to Craig's difficulty during the nationwide lifeguard shortage, he wasn't finished.
In 2023 Craig brought in Aidan and the team at NoiselessMarketing to help differentiate BeAnEverydayHero as an independent brand with its very own mission, content, and merchandise.
With NoiselessMarketing's expertise in optimizing content for exposure, BeAnEverydayHero grew significantly in a short amount of time. Along with this growth of social media presence also came sales of their merchandise which NoiselessMarketing helped design and manage as well.
